Our story
A simple idea that withstood three decades
In 4 de julho de 1994, Pró-Contaty's founder decided it was time to build something of his own and left a prominent position at a large accounting firm in São Paulo to start his own practice. The idea was simple: every business owner deserves accounting that rises to the occasion, regardless of the company's size. That idea still guides everything we do.
Over more than three decades, we have served 500+ companies from very different sectors and sizes. What that time taught us: companies that understand their own numbers make better decisions. That is what we try to ensure for every client.
We are boutique by choice. Because service quality cannot scale infinitely without losing what matters most: genuine care for those who trust us.
We operate with the Domínio Sistemas platform from Thomson Reuters — the same used by the largest accounting firms in Brazil — and we serve companies in São Paulo and other Brazilian states, as well as Brazilian companies with operations in the United States. Our team of approximately 40 professionals covers accounting, tax, labor, financial BPO, and tax and wealth consulting.
We are registered under CRC-SP 2SP024428/O-0 and we take that seriously. After 31 years, what matters most to us is still the same: that every client understands what is happening with their company's numbers and makes the best decisions based on that.

Tax intelligence
Periodic tax regime diagnostics with industry benchmarking. Legislative changes communicated before they become a problem. Every year we run a comparative regime analysis at no additional cost. If the results point to an opportunity, full tax planning is available as a separate service.
